  They did not know what wires go where. Had to tell them where the wires go... Called me stupid, dumb, harassed me in front of my family. Recommended to get a generic thermostat with no features. Would not recommend to anyone. Overpriced and charged me for hours they did not use. Owners wife was very nice. I regret calling them otherwise. Rather have gone without heat...
  
  UPDATE: a month and half later, my thermostat had no power, opened the furnace door and look at that! All loose connection or completely not connected at all! Do not trust these back stabbers, they tried pulling the old trick in the book so I call for a service. Nice try, I connected everything as it should have been!
